The Red Ma’at (pronounced ‘Muh-aht’) aims to provide the consistency and reliability that has been missing within spaces that focuses on centring around yoga and wellness within these social locations. Additionally, The Red Ma’at Collective works out of spaces that uplift and inspire with the mindset that surrounding environments can facilitate ease and healing.
The Red Ma’at Collective offers various community classes/workshops (check out the event calendar at the bottom of this page), private yoga classes, therapeutic sessions, and educational anti-oppression workshops and writings that aim to instil compassion through love as we heal together. We centre on Black, Indigenous WoC and gender-expansive folx.
Additional, partial proceeds from every service provided go back to Black, Indigenous WoC/gender-expansive folx empowerment initiatives and charities.

If you suffer from c-ptsd, ptsd, anxiety, and/or depression we can facilitate a nurturing environment to help you in your journey towards healing. These gentle sessions provide a therapeutic tool that you can use to help calm your mind & connect and calm your body with.
Bring this introductory workshop to your office or group and foster a social justice mindset. This interdisciplinary workshop will engage participants and address un-packaging your privileges, investigating white privilege, and systemic racism in professional, societal, and interpersonal settings.
